A good workout for the twos against a determind opposition, (good to have older than me) Douglas Brooker back on the pitch, who put in a sterling performance along with Johnny Challinor in the 2nd row. Old horse fiddler de wolf had a similarly impressive game, finished nicely with a well worked team try. The Irish banshee on the left wing chipped in for 2 tries as is his wont. The dnofs were rock steady in the centre, Gino finishing another well worked move. Old git Magwai managed to wheel his chair over for the try of the game! All credit to Saffron Waldon who despite being 26 nil down rallied and scored 10 points, 5 of which were scored by Mike the on loan full back from the Hitchin 3's. Cheers to all the guys that benched and a special thanks to Ryan Arbon who had a fantastic 1st half and very sportingly gave Joe Alison a run in the 2nd half.
