We would like to invite all you ladies to an open evening, on Tuesday 12th September. This will be a basic training session for any new comers who would like to give rugby a try! It's a chance for you to learn some basic rules and moves in the game, but also to have some fun! The club bar will be open for those wishing to quench their thirst after the training session!

Training is at the club in Old Hale Way, on Tuesday and Thursday's from 7.30. So please invite all the girls/ladies you know, that's your mum, sister, girlfriend, auntie or friends please spread the word!!!!!!!

Hitchin ladies rugby team would like to invite any ladies from Hitchin and the surrounding area, to come along, to the rugby club and join the team.
The ladies team has been together for the last three seasons, and we are looking for more ladies to join us.
If you have played before, and would like to get back into it, or if have never played before - you are very welcome to join in. It's a great way of getting fit, and it doesn't matter what size or shape you are in rugby, there is a position for you. The most important point is, it's fun!
We are a friendly team, with all sorts of characters, so come along and join us. Women's rugby is becoming more popular, however there are very few teams in our local area. We also have under 17's train at Hitchin, so girls are welcome too!
