| Hitchin, Milton Keynes, Datchworth Triangle Match »
Both clubs were able to field two full teams with players to spare, which enabled matches to be played simultaneously ensuring that all players attending got a game.

Despite the cold weather there was quite a buzz about the park and it was clear from the start that all players were very committed and keen.
Team 1 played two close games on a reduced width pitch and were unlucky not to draw or win their matches; some ball handling errors cost us valuable points and is a lesson learned.
Well done to Alfie who scored two tries on the day to draw level with David as the teams top try scorers.
Many of Team 2, were playing a competitive match for the first time, so well done Alex, Cameron, Dillon, George, Holly, Millie and Naomh.
Many thanks to Harry.D for captaining the Team 2's first match where he scored two excellent tries before he joined Team 1 for the second match, and well done Naomh who never gives up; her tackling was excellent, and she was rewarded with two very good tries from distance.
Dillon and George also got on the score sheet, but what impressed me most through the two games was the way everyone supported each other.
One final game was played with players from both teams, which we lost 3-4. A close game, but our tackling was not quite as good our support play.
Overall I thought the day was a success despite the scores, so well done everybody and thank you for your efforts.
