Hitchin Colts unfortunately trounced by Stevenage

We seem to be REALLY struggling at the moment – possibly due to lack of training but also due to lack of numbers... got any mates who want to come along? It's also proving hard to get some of you to commit to playing. Any chance you could text back or email back when contacted about availability? A number of you do but it's proving hard work for me and Mr. Frisch!!

Don’t forget gents there’s training with the seniors on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.30 p.m. The aim is to come up with tactics, game plans and moves that can be used across the senior … and colts …. teams to provide those winning streaks and consistency!! We saw it in Stevenage in abundance on Sunday - there has been a huge improvement in their game.

Sorry I haven’t done a match report but thought least said, soonest mended! It wasn't nice at all. One consolation though was that I thought you rose above all the nonsense and bad language on Sunday and carried yourselves well in defeat.

For those of you who do turn up week in, week out … it’s always good to see you!
