Dear all,
Although the notice NOT to use the 1 XV pitch has been removed from the club door, we are still undertaking remedial work and reseeding on the 1st XV pitch. It is therefore essential that we give the surface the chance to recover and the grass to take

Please continue to adhere to the “No Use” policy for as long as possible during the off season. The pitch really must be rested or we will be losing its use during the coming season. Remember this is a council pitch and if it “cuts up”, we will be forbidden from using it.

The 3XV/4XV pitch is going to be marked out for “Game play” in the coming week or so and it is in very good condition. Please use this pitch when you cannot use outfield areas as we still need the grass to recover on the 2nd XV pitch too. I am sorry to put these restrictions in place but the pitches are used more now than they have ever been and we need to look after them.
