Following on from the Annual General Meeting of the Hitchin RFC Trading Ltd.

2) Adoption of minutes of previous AGM

3) Matters Arising

4) Resolution to change Club Rules

5) Chairman’s Report

6) Playing reports

7) Adoption of club management accounts 2021-22 final accounts available

    Anyone wishing to view the Management Accounts prior to the meeting should contact

   Treasurer@HitchinRugby.com for a copy of the 2021-22 club final accounts

8) Adoption of the company’s accounts to be filed at Companies House

9) Annual Subscriptions and match fees 2022-23

10) Election of the President

11) Election of the Officers

Nominations for club officers for the 2022-23 season are posted separately. If you want to nominate someone for a club officer position, please use the nomination form.

Please note, nominations must be submitted to the Club Secretary seven days in advance of the AGM.

12) AOB

    If you want to add an item under 'any other business', please use the AOB submission form.
    Please note, items must be submitted to the Club Secretary 14 days in advance of the AGM.


If you are unable to attend the AGM, but want to vote please use the proxy voting form.
Please note, proxy forms must be submitted to the Club Secretary no later than 24 hours in advance of the AGM.
